Orders can be managed by logging in to your account and requesting returns/alterations from there. 

You have to book a return request from your account on the same calendar day the order was recieved, then select the appropriate option and book the return. 

Our average delivery time is 5 working days. 

You will recieve tracking information on average, in 3 working days after placing your order.

After tracking information is provided it takes on average 2 working days to delivery.

No, we only ship within South Africa. However, if you are abroad and would like to place an order you may still do so if you are willing to arrange for collection.

For exports, VAT needs to be removed from the order, but we will require a SAD500 clearence form from your shipping partner in order to refund the VAT.

Still early days but so far so good. Like the full functionality of the geyser wise functions. Handy to start the element remotely. Only down side is the schedules setup through the unit itself does not reflect on the app and visa versa. This is easily overcome by only using the app for schedules. Using HA is even better! Bought this to add my geysers to home assistant and with some research online could integrate my geysers fully with HA. I would recommend this product especially if you want to do some fun automations for cost saving purposes.

Finally no more cold showers

Our geyser is in the garage downstairs. Which means everytime we have to check the water temperature we have to go outside and adjust temperate controller in the garage. With this item we are now able to control our water temperature with app. It was easy to install and works great with the app..no more cold showers.
