You have to book a return request from your account on the same calendar day the order was recieved, then select the appropriate option and book the return. 

Our average delivery time is 5 working days.

Wattage a bit off.

I had bought the 2kw element, it was drawing a sustained ~2.6kw or so. I contacted and had it swapped out for a 1.5kw element which is 100% 1.5kw. Works great as I need 2k or less to be running off solar and have headroom for some basic devices to run. Installation is easy too.

Great investment

This is one of the best investments you will make, the technology behind the element and geyserwise WiFi control unit is amazing. If you go geyserwise go for the full stack with the PTC element to see a real difference. We’ve seen a big reduction to our electricity consumption.

Excellent but dated

While the geyserwise works very well, it does look somewhat old-fashioned.
Just be aware that the thermostat may not be compatible with your geyser - I have an xstream geyser and I had to get a specific thermostat to work with it - so do your homework first.
The wifi connectivity is basic but functional, so I have no real complaints. Overall would recommend.
