Package arrived with the battery not secured in the box, which fell around during transport and damaged the geyser thermostat. Reported this with no response to date
Very well built en exceptionally easy to use. Instructions are easy enough for a toddler to understand. Would recommend it for anyone.

Good coms with Livestainable, but 4* because of the couriers, Skynet - the worst ever - no coms, no phone calls answered, local or national - and they didn't even do the final leg of delivery. Only had dealings with them twice - previous was way worse. Anyway, Livestainable and product great !
