I have no complaints about LiveStainable or the Victron Phoenix Inverter. Communication was good, I was kept informed every step of the way and the inverter is functioning as expected.

A sturdy premium product with no surprises. Works as expected, taking over the LED lighting circuit during load shedding like a champ. No light intensity differences like experienced with some lights on non-pure sinewave inverters.
Bought this to replace another brand's DC-to-DC charger which failed to charge my Auxillary Lithium Battery in my vehicle correctly. As per all of Victron's products it works perfectly. The device is fully configurable using the app. The footprint is way smaller than the Orion TR devices and it remains cool while charging.
My order took longer than expected I had to call my supplier but fixed my order and send an overnight freight and arrived safe in my hand. I’ll order again.
