I ordered and paid two poles and only one was sent to me.
When I contacted them, Livestainable tried to tell me that the courier probably only delivered one out of two packages. As if you would individually pack two thin aluminium poles. Eventually they accepted that it was a packing mistake, now still waiting for delivery (if they will ever send it to me)
