You have to book a return request from your account on the same calendar day the order was recieved, then select the appropriate option and book the return. 

Our average delivery time is 5 working days. 

You will recieve tracking information on average, in 3 working days after placing your order.

After tracking information is provided it takes on average 2 working days to delivery.

No, we only ship within South Africa. However, if you are abroad and would like to place an order you may still do so if you are willing to arrange for collection.

For exports, VAT needs to be removed from the order, but we will require a SAD500 clearence form from your shipping partner in order to refund the VAT.

Forget about loadshedding

Great service and quick delivery. Fantastic batteries, had power failure for more than a day and no issue plus then couple things I never planned to do with the batteries like boiling the kettle, running the microwave, even using a drill during loadshedding. Exceeded my expectations. Get them.

I only experienced a problem with your courier service provider. It took them nearly a week and several phone calls to collect the batteries from your dispach for delivery.
