I don't know if this was a factory fault, but I totally had to rebuild the bottom of the appliance for it to work properly. The grid was bend at the bottom and touching each other. There was welding done also on the grid. After reconstructing the plastic sides (very flimsy) to prevent the grid from touching both panels, I could make the product work.
It's an awesome product, but somewhere and somehow something went wrong. Luckily I was able to fix it. Thank you
