The product works perfectly. Cost effective and heats up the geyser much faster that the original element. The display unit is a nice feature and give you control of your warm water usage and electricity usage. Can definitely recommend the product.
I don't have the product but the up down movements of the buttons don't make this a user-friendly setting up of things.
Where's the technology wrt wifi setup.
If my dad was alive this wouldn't have been a good fit for him.

Very good quality and well constructed. Everything works as expected, just the float level may make you overwater. Great Led lights with a good timer. The supplied Basil Pods are performing strangely. One has germanated till the cover, the 2nd one starting to show green and the 3rd one is yet to react.
Geyserwise gives you 4 predefined time blocks (00h-06h-12h-18h) where you can preset the temperature, and then you can set it on and off on your own schedule.
With the SmartLife app, you can actually set the block temperature too, so it gives you much greater control.
I have a schedule to say "at 12h, if it's sunny in JHB, set the temp to 60 and switch on"
