You have to book a return request from your account on the same calendar day the order was recieved, then select the appropriate option and book the return. 

Our average delivery time is 5 working days. 

You will recieve tracking information on average, in 3 working days after placing your order.

After tracking information is provided it takes on average 2 working days to delivery.

No, we only ship within South Africa. However, if you are abroad and would like to place an order you may still do so if you are willing to arrange for collection.

For exports, VAT needs to be removed from the order, but we will require a SAD500 clearence form from your shipping partner in order to refund the VAT.

Not what I expected

Not as user friendly as expected, more limited than I expected. Finicky on installation…. Loses “connection” often enough to not utilise the smart phone option as much as I would like. It’s only been a short time so hopefully my feelings improve

Delivery was quick and correct, easy installation and works as advertised.The facility to allocate different times and temperatures allows me to use solar during the day to heat the geyser to a higher temperature so we can all shower in the evening and a 'top-up' in the early morning at a lower temperature to limit electricity usage. Very nice

Excellent timer

The Geyserwise TSE is a great product allowing you to remotely switch your geyser on and off as well as view the current temperature. Installation and setup was relatively easy. Application setup was easy. One small negative I have is that on the mobile application you cannot set or view the current timer settings. Also it would be great if there was an energy meter as well instead of just the element on timer which means you are still required to multiply the on hours with your element kW rating to calculate your energy usage. It would also be great if you could select a time period to view on hours for energy calculation. Overall I am still completely happy with my purchase!

This device offers basic smart capability. it cant change your block geyser times remotely, but can change the geyser to holiday mode or switch off remotely. on and off buttons are clumsy. so much potential with this device.
