Storage and Handling:

  • Initial Use: Discard permeate water obtained during the first hour of use.
  • Moisture Maintenance: Keep elements moist after initial wetting.
  • Prolonged Shutdowns: Immerse elements in a preservative solution to prevent biological growth, and rinse out the preservative before use.
  • Chemical Compatibility: The OEM is responsible for the effects of incompatible chemicals and lubricants on the membrane elements.

Orders can be managed by logging in to your account and requesting returns/alterations from there. 

You have to book a return request from your account on the same calendar day the order was recieved, then select the appropriate option and book the return. 

Our average delivery time is 5 working days. 

You will recieve tracking information on average, in 3 working days after placing your order.

After tracking information is provided it takes on average 2 working days to delivery.

No, we only ship within South Africa. However, if you are abroad and would like to place an order you may still do so if you are willing to arrange for collection.
