You have to book a return request from your account on the same calendar day the order was recieved, then select the appropriate option and book the return.

You will recieve tracking information on average, in 3 working days after placing your order.

No, we only ship within South Africa. However, if you are abroad and would like to place an order you may still do so if you are willing to arrange for collection.

Good quality system, works well. No instructions and beyond the ability of most DIY to install properly. Some operating instructions needed to vent the system, also spare filters detail/source needed.
