This unit needs a 3 core with earth cable to wire up in your roof, and I found the controller to be incorrectly wired. For you to install this unit, you will need pretty good knowledge of how this unit and electricity should work, because you will need to figure out the incorrectly wired controller. Once you correct it, it works. The unit also came without a lamp. Good luck..
