This method of charging electrical geyser is not the cheapest but very effective. Reduce overall electrical consumption with dc charge and ac top up charge.

Ordered online from Livestainable, Delivered two days later. Installed the unit according to the instructions provided. Managed to increase peak performance from 290W to 440W, using the same PV cells. The unit also starts performing earlier in the day with the sun still at a low angle. On my 150l geyser I used to get about 10ºC temperature increase per day. With the unit installed I get between 15 and 20ºC, keeping the rest of the setup unchanged. I have two 330W PV panels in series connected as my input.
