You have to book a return request from your account on the same calendar day the order was recieved, then select the appropriate option and book the return.
Our average delivery time is 5 working days.

No, we only ship within South Africa. However, if you are abroad and would like to place an order you may still do so if you are willing to arrange for collection.

VAT:
For exports, VAT needs to be removed from the order, but we will require a SAD500 clearence form from your shipping partner in order to refund the VAT.
Ofcourse, we do not store, have access or visibilty on any sensitive payment information as these are handled by PCI DSS compliant payment gateways.
Your personal contact details and addresses are also not shared with third parties.
The previous lamp from Livestainable lasted 30 months with 17 hours On/7 hours Off per day. Easy bulb replacement for whole-house water sterilisation & filtration system (also bought from Livestainable).
ALWAYS remember to wipe the tube off with alcohol swab before installing to prevent premature lamp failure and never look into the powered lamp as severe eye damage will occur. Insert fully into steriliser before switching on.

The order process and delivery were 100%. The replacement was easy to install and everything is working again.
A note on delivery, the order was just below the threshold for free delivery, so I added a R17 bulb which allowed free delivery. Unbeknown to me at the time of order, the two items were delivered separately. Maybe the business can review the free delivery policy to avoid a double cost of delivery... to a more carbon friendly solution.

Courier not careful or insufficient packaging
Unfortunately the bulb arrived broken. It had been packaged in a carboard tube and bubble wrap, but got damaged in transit. Another bulb was sent to me and it was packaged in the same way and also arrived broken. Livestainable have refunded my purchase so my customer service experience has not been bad but I think you need to review either your courier or your packaging.
The sanding belts are the same as all the others, but what made me decide on yours, was the price. Your belts was the best value for my money including courier cost than anyone else.
I have often used this glue to repair wear on the soles of my shoes - and it extended the life of my shoes and takkies for many months.
As it is flexible and strong I use it in many applications.
good service but I wasnt totally happy that I didnt receive any feedback or acknowledgement of payment. As soon as I asked why I didnt have any feeback there was no apology but I was then sent tracking information.
Your courier company you use is another story,also no feedback I did however get a phonecall at 6pm and had to travel all the way back to work where i finished at 4:30 only to find he'd left my parcel with someone who "knew me". I know the courier isnt your fault just making you aware
The pressure control valves I ordered were delivered on time and I installed it without any issues. My longstanding issue with high pressure from my alternative water source was resolved and everything is working as expected.
