Service was excellent. Living in Mallorca, I have purchased other components from all parts of Europe and UK, and thus far Livestainable are way ahead with service and delivery. Prices are also very competitive even after paying courier costs to import it to Mallorca & import duties of 21%.

Bought this to replace another brand's DC-to-DC charger which failed to charge my Auxillary Lithium Battery in my vehicle correctly. As per all of Victron's products it works perfectly. The device is fully configurable using the app. The footprint is way smaller than the Orion TR devices and it remains cool while charging.
My order took longer than expected I had to call my supplier but fixed my order and send an overnight freight and arrived safe in my hand. I’ll order again.
