Although I have only used the charger a few times, it works fantastic!! I have seen other Victron products in action and they have also performed well.
The charger was easy to operate straight out of the box and it connected to the app on my phone, via bluetooth, without any hassles. It also did a firmware update on the charger, via Bluetooth, without any hassles.
I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good quality smart charger!
The service I received from Livestainable was very good and I cannot complain, even though it took about 9 days (instead of the 3 to 7 days) to receive the products I purchased - the delivery was over a period where there were public holidays and they were waiting for suppliers to send the stock too.
