I bought this to replace my previous non-smart phoenix which got destroyed by a lightening strike.
Having been on a cheap backup inverter for a couple of weeks this new one holds voltage better under load and takes startup current on electric motors and pumps better also.
I use the Victron VRM monitoring web site via a Venus GX so I was able to connect the Phoenix into this system (VE.Direct cable) and monitor load current and output voltage. Bluetooth configuration is also useful since there's no need now to remove covers and flip dip switches.
Overall, it was straightforward to install and showed the usual good Victron build quality and usability.

Bought this to replace another brand's DC-to-DC charger which failed to charge my Auxillary Lithium Battery in my vehicle correctly. As per all of Victron's products it works perfectly. The device is fully configurable using the app. The footprint is way smaller than the Orion TR devices and it remains cool while charging.
Products arrived effortlessly and were installed. Working perfect to date and we already see a vast difference from standard elements.
