Totally worth it to get the GX MultiPlus if you don't already have a GX device.
The build quality of this unit is brilliant. With the GX capability, I can use Bluetooth or LAN (via WiFi) to control the unit.
With VRM (Victron's cloud service), I can configure it with VEConfigure (you basically download/upload configuration files via cloud from/to your inverter).
VRM also lets me view what's happening on my device remotely.
There are many, many options to control. Be sure to update firmware and set your battery type accordingly (if you're not using CAN or VE bus).
~30watt inverter overhead (the power used by the inverter). Switches seamlessly when grid connectivity goes out. My computer stays on at all times now.
Kind of expensive, but totally worth it. You get quality. :)
