Direct Bank Deposit (EFT)
- We bank with FNB and you can do an eft directly to our bank account. Payments usually take up to 48 hours to reflect from non FNB banks. Your order will be processed once the payment reflects.
Float

PayJustNow

We operate mainly as an online store, but we do have an office where you can view a limited selection of our fast-moving stock. If you’d like to visit us to see these items in person or to make a payment for other items in advance, our office is equipped with card facilities for your convenience.

Orders can be managed by logging in to your account and requesting returns/alterations from there.
You have to book a return request from your account on the same calendar day the order was recieved, then select the appropriate option and book the return.
Our average delivery time is 5 working days.
You will recieve tracking information on average, in 3 working days after placing your order.
After tracking information is provided it takes on average 2 working days to delivery.

Email notifications are sent to you when your order is fulfilled that contains tracking information, instructions and a tracking link. Orders can also be tracked by clicking here.
No, we only ship within South Africa. However, if you are abroad and would like to place an order you may still do so if you are willing to arrange for collection.
Please note that only the payment methods at checkout can be used and we do not offer any alternate payment methods.
VAT:
For exports, VAT needs to be removed from the order, but we will require a SAD500 clearence form from your shipping partner in order to refund the VAT.
Ofcourse, we do not store, have access or visibilty on any sensitive payment information as these are handled by PCI DSS compliant payment gateways.
Your personal contact details and addresses are also not shared with third parties.
