The Geyserwise Megawatt Saver (MWS) allows you to convert any standard electric geyser into a solar-powered water heater without modifying plumbing or replacing the element. This version excludes solar panels, making it ideal for users who already have compatible photovoltaic (PV) panels.
Unlike traditional solar thermal geysers, which rely on complex water circulation systems, this plug-and-play PV-powered solution uses DC-to-AC conversion technology to power the existing geyser element, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost savings.
The system is powered by an intelligent MWS Controller, which converts DC solar energy to AC, allowing your geyser to function normally with solar power. Excellent product, easy installation very pleased
The SmartLife app and the settings on the display are not very intuitive. Would be nice if it came with a manual. After I got it to work, one of the output relays popped. I had to courier the unit at my cost to the factory. It was repaired and returned at their cost. Nice service from the agents.

The product was difficult to find but they found it. Then there was the reluctance to pay over so much money without seeing the product. After a google search I took a chance. The board is excellent. Cleans very easily and leaves no chopping knife makes after cutting even very hard veggies. Dual sided as well.
Very good quality and well constructed. Everything works as expected, just the float level may make you overwater. Great Led lights with a good timer. The supplied Basil Pods are performing strangely. One has germanated till the cover, the 2nd one starting to show green and the 3rd one is yet to react.
Geyserwise gives you 4 predefined time blocks (00h-06h-12h-18h) where you can preset the temperature, and then you can set it on and off on your own schedule.
With the SmartLife app, you can actually set the block temperature too, so it gives you much greater control.
I have a schedule to say "at 12h, if it's sunny in JHB, set the temp to 60 and switch on"
